These items are shipped on wood pallets and are delivered by appointment. The average cost of this delivery service is 20 to 25% of the product cost in the eastern and mid-western US, except for
Florida at 35%. Texas can budget 30% of product cost for most of the State with 40% for the far west.US West coast should budget 40 to 50% of product cost.
